At My Future Work, we believe that education is the key to unlocking a brighter future. That's why we take our social responsibility seriously and have implemented an annual internship program that provides young, unemployed youth with the training and skills they need to succeed in the field of instructional design.

The results have been truly inspiring. Our interns have not only gained valuable knowledge and experience, but they have also gone on to serve international clients and secure full-time employment with reputable organizations such as the Reserve Bank of South Africa. It is truly fulfilling to see the impact that our internship program has had on the lives of these young individuals.
But the impact doesn't stop there. The interns that we train become valuable members of our instructional design team. Under the guidance of our experienced instructional designers, they design and develop high-quality e-learning courses that are tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients. Our program is designed to provide them not only with the technical skills but also with the theoretical background and best practices to be able to create effective and engaging e-learning content. To ensure the highest level of quality, our interns also receive additional training through courses from international teachers. This approach allows them to gain a broader perspective and to stay up to date with the latest trends in instructional design. This combination of practical experience and theoretical knowledge helps to ensure that our interns are equipped to create courses that are not only effective, but also of the highest quality.
